We're testing something new. eyeq is learning to build a business website from nothing but a short survey and a few photos — no designer, no meetings.
You're helping us find out if it works. Answer as yourself, or as a business you know. There are no wrong answers, and nothing here is final.

Before you start — how we use what you send
This is a research test by EyeQ.consulting. For it to work, your photos and answers are sent to us and looked at by our team.
- We use them only to test and improve how eyeq builds websites.
- We record your name and the details you give about yourself, so we know who tested what.
- We delete them once testing is done.
- Don't upload photos with people's faces, or anything you wouldn't want us to see.
- You can stop any time, or email mon@eyeq.consulting to have your entry removed.
